Tax-exempt bond financing was provided by Citi Community Capital. Credit enhancement was provided by Freddie Mac. Low Income Housing Tax Credits were acquired by Boston Financial Investment Management. Additional financing was provided by the City of Santa Rosa Redevelopment Agency.
Renovation highlights include: new siding, entry doors, energy efficient windows and patio doors, trellises, decking, fencing, site lighting, wall furnaces, elevator retrofit, signage, improvements to site accessibility, paving and landscaping. Kitchens and bathrooms received new cabinets, countertops, appliances, plumbing fixtures, flooring and energy efficient lighting. Additionally, a new community room, computer learning center and courtyard were added to enhance the lives of the residents.
